Last time, I uploaded a Biscuit de Savoie with Yuzu Marmalade and received a wonderful response!
I want to try baking it in a Savoie pan ! I'm often asked, "Is it easy?" But if you've ever baked a sponge cake or chiffon cake, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!
