[Biscuit de Savoy and Biscuits]

Biscuit de Savoie is a fluffy pastry, but it's called a biscuit.
The etymology of the word is said to be that it referred to sponge dough in general.

I thought it would be interesting to have a Savoie-style biscuit cutter, so I created a geometric design and asked for a prototype.

This is the first time I've baked large biscuit-shaped savoie-shaped sables.
I think this mold would be more interesting if the pattern was pressed a little harder.

A dream two-shot

Simple baked goods use similar ingredients, but they can look so different.
Making sweets is really fun.

This is a great mold to present to baking enthusiasts!
