[Mulled wine (Vin chaud) for your winter routine]

It's still early for Noël, but this autumn has been colder than usual, and I find myself searching for something warm every day.
When you think of Noel, you think of Vin Chaud!!
Yes, mulled wine.
In the winter, I also try making my own vin chaud and drinking it.
It feels nice and warm all the way down to my toes, but if there's too much alcohol left, I get really drunk and it's a real pain (tears). I wish I could drink my favorite vin chaud casually without getting drunk...
So I tried it and made an easy vin chaud using red wine jam!
Hmmm, this is so authentic!!
I made it with Buse today!
【 How to make 】
1. Put about 3 teaspoons of red wine jam into a mug.
2. Pour in hot water and mix well
3. Add cinnamon to taste, and the aroma of the wine jam and buzet will instantly make you feel like it's Christmas.
Lacson's red wine jam contains anise, cinnamon, ginger, etc., making it the very definition of vin chaud.
Oh, if you have apples or oranges, adding a little will make it taste even more like vin chaud!
Buzet is a jam made from dry Bordeaux wine, so it has a sweet taste with a crisp spiciness, making it a grown-up flavor.
