So here's the recipe for pate de campagne!

Ingredients (for one pound cake)
Minced pork : 500g
Chicken liver : 300g
Onion : 1
Garlic : 1 clove
Salt and pepper : to taste
Spice nutmeg : etc. as needed
Olive oil : appropriate amount
Rosemary : appropriate amount

Lakson wine jam : 2 tablespoons

【How to make】
1. Fry chopped onions and garlic in olive oil, add washed and cut chicken liver, and turn off the heat when the color changes.
2. Season the ground pork with salt and pepper, mix with 1, add wine jam and spices as desired, and knead lightly.
3. Line a pound cake mold with aluminum foil and pour the batter evenly onto it, making sure no air gets trapped inside.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50 to 60 minutes.
*If it starts to burn, cover it with aluminum foil.
*When the juices run clear, it's a sign that the meat is done.

5. Remove from the oven, let cool, wrap the mold in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.

[How to eat]

Cut into 2cm pieces and serve with rosemary, mustard and, of course, wine jam.
