[I want to feel cooler, even if just mentally...]
This heat...it's too tough.
A sweet treat for when you want something sweet and sour.
Lunette is a jam sandwich cookie from the French region that was also popular at Lacson.
Sadly, it is currently sold out.
I tried making small lunettes using raspberry jam .
However, instead of the buttery cookies I usually make, I decided to make some light crackers.
After baking, find matching twin crackers and sandwich them with jam.
It's also delicious chilled in the refrigerator, and adding cream cheese makes it even more delicious.
The French word lunette means "glasses," and the jam peeking out from the two holes is really cute.
