[Into Petit Pan]

Lemons are all the rage these days. Something refreshing is best for this steamy dish. I tried baking some petit bread.

Fill it with cream cheese and lemon jam . This lemon jam has a firm texture so it doesn't explode when baked, which is great. By the way, if the jam is runny, it will still spill out even if you wrap it tightly around the dough.

This is a note on the recipe for petit bread.

[Recipe] (bread dough)

Strong flour : 200g
Butter : 20g
Milk : 150ml
Dry yeast : 5g
Sugar : 18g

Salt : 2g

A perfect match of the sour and bitter taste of cream cheese and lemon.

I can't help but reach for one or two. Bread rises quickly this time of year, so it's nice to have a crispy bread. What should I make next with lemon jam?
