Introducing an easy recipe for Lakson using walnuts and vinegar .

Anchovy potato salad

【material】

Potatoes : about 5 medium-sized ones ・Anchovies : 3 or more slices
Salt and pepper : to taste ・Walnut vinegar : 1 soup spoon

【How to make】

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Boil them in water until a toothpick can be inserted into them, then discard the water and turn them into powdered potatoes.
2. Add chopped anchovies and oil to hot boiled potatoes and mix.
3. Add salt and pepper (use less salt as the anchovies are salty) and add 1 soup spoon of walnut vinegar to adjust the flavor.

This potato salad is complemented by the acidity and slightly fragrant aroma of walnut vinegar, and the saltiness of the anchovies!
