[How to use Mont Blanc jam]
If you pipe it on top of Savoie biscuits, it becomes a really easy Mont Blanc.
Adding candied nuts makes it even more sparkly and special.
Chestnut jam is a classic dessert.
It's a classic combination.
I was shocked when I saw yogurt with chestnut jam on sale in France some time ago.
This dish breaks the stereotype that chestnuts don't go well with sour flavors, and is actually delicious.
And when Nina, a staff member at Luxon, told me that Mont Blanc jam goes well with milk tea, I wondered if it was really good, so I gave it a try and it was! I always add two heaping spoonfuls.
Autumn flavors are popular at this time of year.
If you know of any other ways to use Mont Blanc jam that I haven't discovered yet, please let me know.
