What does Mirabelle taste like?
I found some scones I had bought a while ago in the freezer and enjoyed them with a heaping amount of Mirabelle jam on top.
It's hard to say what fruit Mirabelle resembles.
I think that for those who have eaten it in France, the taste will bring back many memories.
And for those who are not yet familiar with Mirabelle, you can enjoy the pleasure of trying this jam once and then visiting France during the Mirabelle season.
