[I see, this combination.]

Here in Okamoto, Kobe, where Lacson's shop is located, there is an Italian-style cafe bar called Caffé e Bar Al Mercato.

Colorful fresh vegetables are lined up in the storefront, and they also serve Italian regional cuisine, so I often drop in for lunch.

The other day, Almercato asked, what kind of dishes would you use the four cooking sauces that were sold at Luxon?
He handed it over to me.

Later, he advised me, "If you put the pumpkin sauce on gnocchi, customers would be happy."

We tried making it today too.
・Boil the gnocchi.
-Add one soup spoon of pumpkin sauce.
・Sprinkle with pepper.
Easy, that's it.

I see!

The pumpkin sauce is surprisingly a perfect match for the chewy texture of the gnocchi without being too heavy.
The key to this sauce is the garlic.

I'd love to hear some delicious variations on other sauces as well!
