[Add jam to cheese]

As August began, I was no longer able to contact my French business associates in France.

I am truly in awe of the French vacation spirit, no matter what the situation.

Meanwhile, Mirabelle farmers seem to be very busy preparing for the peak harvest season.

A few years ago, when Mirabello visited Japan for the French Fair, we received a replica Mirabell tree, which is still bountiful with fruit in our Lacson office.

The orange color is cheerful.

Cheese from Alsace in eastern France that I had been reluctant to eat!
The Munster began to mature further in the refrigerator and its aroma became stronger.

Compared to the strong, distinctive smell of wash-type coffee, the taste is mild and smooth.
Adding the gently sweet Mirabelle jam to this makes it a delightful snack.

Now that we can't travel, we want to enjoy the culinary vacation feeling at home!
