[The first cherries of the year]

Find a cherry!
A true red jewel with the taste of early summer.
It's cute.

The name "cherry" is said to come from "sakura no bo", which means cherry fruit.

We boldly placed a dollop of ice cream on top of a Savoy biscuit and piled on cherries.

This candy is 15cm in diameter and 15cm in height, but if you were to decorate it even higher, how would you cut it?

First, set aside the cherries, then cut the Savoie biscuits into equal pieces once the ice cream has melted and soaked them in.

Place it on each person's plate and top with ice cream and cherries.

Biscuit de Savoie has a simple taste and fluffy texture.
Decorating these unique shapes is a joy every season.
It goes well with any fruit.
