[Jam sweets]

At this time of year, I can't help but look for cherries, wondering if they're ready yet or if they're almost there.
In France, it is sold by weight, piled high in large cases, and people put as much as they want into bags and buy it.
This is a sight that would be unthinkable in Japan, where they are neatly arranged one grain at a time in packs.
