This nectar is made from freshly harvested apricots and has a concentrated flavor that makes you feel as if you are tasting the fruit itself.

Apricots are called "anzu" in Japanese, but the taste is completely different.

Le Boucalu has been running an apricot orchard bathed in the sunshine of southern France for four generations.
Apparently, this year they were plagued by bad weather during the fruiting season.
Just today, while I was on the phone taking an order, I heard news of a tornado in the area. I heard real stories of people rushing to get their harvest done.

I realized that apricots, which are carefully crafted and delivered across the sea, are truly precious and valuable.

Apparently, every year, due to the weather, not every apricot tastes the same.
