[Follow the seasons with tarts]

While the heat of summer lingers, Valentine's Day is already drawing to a close as planned projects continue into the season.
But before that, we must not forget the important flavors of autumn.

I made a prototype for the autumn tart project photo shoot.

Gorgonzola and red wine fig tart

The base of the batter has a subtle hint of Gorgonzola, and the tart is decorated with figs stewed in red wine jam, which gives it a delightfully crunchy texture.
This nappage is made by mixing red wine jam with a small amount of water, giving it a glossy and delicious taste.
The idea is to have people enjoy the autumn season with coffee, tea and alcohol.

A journey of delicious flavour discovery.
It looks like you can have fun at home too.

What does it taste like?
We will inform you about the sales period at a later date.
