The season has shifted to the rainy season

The rainy season has begun.

I made and baked bagels for the first time in a while.
Without a recipe, I knead the dough using only my intuition and let it ferment in the refrigerator.
I thought about what to make, but I ended up making bagels.
Shape it in the morning, boil it in hot water and bake it.

As long as you have some tasty ingredients, even a roughly made loaf of bread can become a small treat for lunch.

When you think of bagels, you think of cream cheese, but here we use a rich French Alps cheese sauce .

Previously, people were asked to refrain from going out, but now that the seasons have changed and the rainy season is here, it's once again difficult to go out.
It's nice to enjoy small pleasures without any set rules.
