[Large Cheese]

This cheese was served after lunch.

It's about the size of a handful.
"TOMME de Savoie" is a famous cheese from the French Alps.

It shouldn't have matured this much under normal circumstances, but I left it in my refrigerator a little too long, so it's in its final stages.

But this turns out to be quite tasty.

That said, it's only this big.
I wonder if our family of three will be able to finish it all.

At the end of the aging stage, it seems like it's a race against time.
