Authentic crepes in Paris

I'm currently in Paris to experience Galette Crepes more deeply.
Even though it's early summer here, it's still 36 degrees Celsius!
People walking along the street seem to be a little exhausted by the continuing heat.
So, is it time for some galette crepes training?!
This time we are visiting Creperie Madeo, a local favourite in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre.
There is a lot to learn from Anne Rolle, the hostess who provides warm and hospitable service, and Tiffany, the crepe maker who is so young yet so skilled and efficient!
On the first day, I tried baking crepes using a tombo for the first time in my life, but it was incredibly difficult.

Will I improve?
