Department store/pop-up store:
Both stores are producing and selling in-store products for a limited time only .
The main locations for stores are Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya , etc.
The event season is from January to April and from August to October .
The preparation periods are from May to July and from November to December .

I have three main jobs.
*The work you will do immediately after joining the company will basically be sales at department stores and pop-up stores. (Career advancement process)
1. Shop management: Manage the event stand (shop). Your job involves managing inventory, ordering, organizing the stand, and dealing with customers and event staff.
2. Customer service: Managing the cash register (checking and replenishing change, opening and closing the register, etc.), replenishing products on the stand, etc.
⚠Depending on the event, there may be a staff member working the cash register other than the Lacson staff. In that case, your staff member will only be responsible for assisting customers at the time of payment.
3. Stand installation: My job is to create a stand (shop) from scratch that suits the location and needs. I usually receive an image from the designer and then build it to match.
