Online store

Online store

Online stores are no longer simply tools for selling and buying products, but are evolving into places where you can enjoy a variety of "experiences" while shopping .

We use content tools such as videos and blogs to deliver fun and useful information to our customers.

We work with food products, and we believe that we have an obligation to provide our customers with food education to help them understand more about food.

Online stores can answer all sorts of questions, such as how the food we eat is made, what its history is, and what are the tricks to making it taste delicious.

We don't choose things , we choose experiences .

There are four main tasks in the online store:

Expert knowledge of coding, HTML, video editing, etc. is not required; simple editing skills are sufficient . Of course, it's always better to have some, and it's great to be able to expand the scope of our online store. Currently, I work remotely from France and various locations in Japan. Our online store began full-scale development in 2020, and we reopened it in 2021. We've also started video production, which is still a new position at Lacson.

1. Shop Management: You will be responsible for managing the online shop globally. Your main responsibilities will include customer support, managing and updating online shop products, and managing order shipments.

2. Product management: The main job is to manage inventory in the warehouse and check and update online product inventory.

3. Logistics: We manage the overall system behind the online store. We also create web advertisements, set up and manage SEO, and manage various SNS systems.

4. Planning: The main job is creating various content. This involves everything from structuring and planning videos, blog articles, campaign pages, product pages, etc. to posting them. Planning events for the online store and store changes (Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.) is also part of the job.
