What is Lacson's original "Wine Jam"?

[Recipe]

Handmade by Florence , a jam maker from the Loire region of France.

The wine jam we made with the help of a sommelier is not only delicious but also beautiful in color.

~ Introducing a wine jam recipe! ~

【material】

Red wine : 75cl (1 bottle)
Cinnamon : 2.5g (1/2 stick)
1 clove
Orange zest : appropriate amount
Sugar : 450g

Pectin : 60g

【procedure】

1. Boil the red wine and flambé it to evaporate the alcohol.
2. Add cinnamon, cloves, and orange zest to the wine.
3. Brew for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add sugar and pectin.
5. Simmer for a little while.

6. Immediately strain the finished wine jam and put it into a jar.

* Be careful as it is hot! Use sterilized jars beforehand.

[Red Wine Jam / Buzet]

Made with dry red Bordeaux wine.
Compared to the same red wine jam, Saumur,
This one has a less sweet and more bitter taste.

Buse is easy to pair with food!
A jam with a fragrant wine aroma.

[ Recommended way to eat ]

・With pate, roast beef, cheese, etc.

・Mix it with hot water and add cinnamon and apple for a hot wine-like taste.
・You can also put it on bitter chocolate

[Recommended recipes]

1. Prepare the chicken liver and cook it.
2. Season with salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
3. Serve with a little bit of red wine jam "Buzet" on top!

[Red Wine Jam/Saumur Rouge]

Made with red wine from the Loire region.
Compared to Buzet, this one is sweeter.

It is sweet but not too sweet and has a distinct wine aroma.

[Recommended way to eat]

・Cheese goes well with it, of course.
・For fluffy chiffon cakes and sweets
・Sweet non-alcoholic hot wine

[Recommended recipes]

1. Prepare your favorite bread (hard bread is recommended).
2. Spread cream cheese on the bread (you can use any cheese you like).

3. Finish by topping with red wine jam.

[Rose Wine Jam/Rose de Loire]

Made with semi-sweet rosé wine from the Loire region.
Fruity and sweet rosé wine jam.

The subtle vanilla scent goes perfectly with fruit!

[Recommended way to eat]

Mix it with strawberries or other fruits. Mix it with hot water for a light rosé hot wine. Mix it with soda for a rosé sparkling wine.

[Recommended recipes]

"Strawberry Cocktail (Non-alcoholic)"
1. Cut the strawberries
2. Put the rose wine jam and strawberry syrup in a glass and mix with soda (water or tea is also fine).

3. To finish, add chopped strawberries and it's done!

The key is to add a generous amount of rosé wine jam.
A little syrup is fine!
